Azgari is a service provider: you engage us under a written agreement and pay for the services we render. We don't license a brand, collect royalties, or sell franchises, business opportunities, or securities.

Do I own the business and the brand?

Yes. You own the company, the brand, the assets, and the equity you build in it. Azgari designs, builds, and helps operate the business — but you are the owner and the final decision-maker throughout.

What am I actually paying for?

Services. Azgari is a service provider, and you pay for the work we render — the same way you'd pay any professional firm. That covers designing the right business, assembling and hiring the team, standing up systems, branding, and marketing, and ongoing operational support as you scale. It's a fee for services rendered — not a franchise fee, a royalty, or an investment in a security.

What's my exit — can I sell it later?

You're building a real operating company with its own enterprise value. When you choose, you can hold it for cash flow, expand it with add-on service lines, or sell it — to a strategic buyer, a financial buyer, or through a business broker — on your terms. Any value at sale depends on the business you build and market conditions; results vary and nothing is guaranteed.

Can Azgari help with commercial and government contracts?

As part of scaling, we help you pursue commercial clients and government-contracting opportunities, including programs like SDVOSB, 8(a), and WOSB. Eligibility and any award are determined solely by the agency under its own rules, require the qualifying owner to control the business, and are never guaranteed.

Do I have to leave my job?
