Azgari offers consulting, coaching, and implementation services designed to help clients start or buy a service-based business. Our services may include (but are not limited to):

Business setup and entity registration, SBA-compliant model planning, Marketing, website, and brand development, Access to downloadable resources and checklists, Live coaching sessions and workshops, Text-based accountability and reminders,Strategic financial and launch planning

All services are subject to eligibility and availability.

3. SMS Notifications and Marketing Consent

When you opt in via any form on Azgari.com, you may receive:

• SMS notifications and alerts related to your appointments, programs, and deliverables
   
• Occasional marketing text messages about new services, tools, or promotions

5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Azgari offers various service tiers, including but not limited to:

• A $25,000 full-service concierge program
• A $4,800 DIY business launch program
• One-time digital products and coaching calls Refund eligibility depends on the program purchased: The $25,000 program includes a full refund guarantee plus $3,000 compensation if we fail to help you launch your business with your first client in 90 days, provided all required steps were completed. For the $4,800 program, refunds are only issued at Azgari's discretion and based on proof of full participation. Digital products (e.g., PDF downloads) are non-refundable.
  We reserve the right to deny refunds for any client who fails to follow the agreed-upon launch process.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, videos, downloads, branding, course materials, and frameworks — is the intellectual property of Azgari and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

While our methods are backed by experience and prior client results, Azgari makes no income guarantees. Success depends on your personal execution, effort, industry conditions, and various external factors beyond our control. You agree to take full responsibility for your business performance.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful or misleading purposes
   
• Interfere with our systems, forms, or software
   
• Copy or resell any proprietary frameworks, materials, or strategies
   
• Submit false information on intake or scheduling forms
   

9. Third-Party Services

Azgari may recommend or integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Calendly, Stripe, JotForm, Google Workspace, Framer). We are not responsible for the data handling or policies of these external platforms. Please refer to their terms individually.

10. Limitation of Liability

Azgari shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the website, our services, or any information provided. This includes financial losses, missed opportunities, or legal disputes with external vendors or platforms.
